Loosen your girdles and throw on your pajama suit because on February 9th, GTA east branch will be celebrating the death of dictator Joseph Stalin. Yes, you read that right!Â
Gta east branch will be hosting a fundraiser for marxist winter school with a screening of Armando Iannucci's 2017 satire "The Death of Stalin". Join us for an evening of laughs and discussion on the fall of the Soviet Dictator and the clusterfuck power struggle that followed his demise. (Check out the article "Bolshevism vs Stalinism" found in the first issue of Communist Revolution!" Admission is $10 and includes fresh popcorn! Refreshments and other goodies will be for sale too! All proceeds will go towards helping GTA east get to marxist winter school! Help us make this "no problem" instead of "No! Problem!" Hope to see you there!
